Join Stevie and the Oru team for a 28 hour CPD course to elevate your teaching skills! This course is for any yoga teacher who has done a 200 hour foundational training, but is looking to dive deeper into the art of teaching with the help of experienced mentors offering more in-depth learning, expert guidance and a dedicated space to grow. Over the course of 3 Saturdays, with teacher feedback, teaching live classes and mentorship, you'll be taken on a deeper dive into the art of teaching.

URBAN RETREAT Yoga Breath Sound Play

A wellness retreat set in a city environment. Ideal for busy people who can’t travel far. The afternoon will start with conscious connected breath work to get present. We'll practice dynamic yoga to feel embodied, fun games to raise our spirits and finally relax with soothing sound bowls to calm the mind.

JOY The Retreat 19-21 September 2025

Join Stevie (Love Yoga Peckham) and Ellie (Rewilding People) this September for a weekend of pure joy in the Kent countryside! Expect soul stirring movement, conscious connected breathwork and healing sounds all wrapped up in laughter, love and magic!

The Quaives is the beautiful 17th Century country house, formerly owned by rock-n-roll royalty Christine McVie (Fleetwood Mac) with further outbuildings including a light-filled, underfloor-heated yoga studio, a saloon diner-lounge room with a log-burning stove and an upright piano.

Retreat includes; 2 nights accommodation, all yoga classes, breath practices, crystals workshop, inversions workshops, sound bath, mantras, mudras and meditation, hot tub, cold water plunge, club joy, fire pit, music, gourmet vegetarian catering and spare time to relax!

For the last 6 years Studio 54 Peckham Rye has been our wonderful home and now the time has come to move on. Our yoga community is not tied to bricks and mortar and over the last 10 years of teaching Hot Yoga in Peckham we have practiced together in many different venues; barefoot in the grass of Peckham Rye, through lockdowns over zoom, amongst festival tents and on retreat in Brighton and Kent. It’s not the end. The journey continues…

Both on your mat and off it. Stay close to your Self. Concentrate on your Self, it will help you stay connected to your path and your practice. The practice of yoga can be a method that facilitates well-being and health, spiritual growth and the development of a more integrated worldview.
