The Quaives is the beautiful 17th Century country house, formerly owned by rock-n-roll royalty Christine McVie (Fleetwood Mac) with further outbuildings including a light-filled, underfloor-heated yoga studio, a saloon diner-lounge room with a log-burning stove and an upright piano.

Retreat includes; 2 nights accommodation, all yoga classes, breath practices, crystals workshop, inversions workshops, sound bath, mantras, mudras and meditation, hot tub, cold water plunge, club joy, fire pit, music, gourmet vegetarian catering and spare time to relax!
