Hot Yoga classes begin at Studio 54 on Monday 19th February with a new class timetable. From beginners to power yoga super-fans, there are classes to suit everyone. The new timetable covers early morning, daytime and evening classes - and you can join Stevie in class seven days a week!

I'm pretty excited to reveal the BIG news that HOT YOGA Peckham has a new home in Peckham Rye. There are a couple of weeks to go while it's all being lovingly kitted out as a dedicated hot yoga studio... I can't wait to open the doors and welcome you to STUDIO 54!!

FESTIVE CANDLELIT HOT YOGA
The annual Festive Candlelit Hot Yoga sessions at all venues are fast approaching! These will be celebratory classes with festive tipples, delicious vegan treats and plenty of joy!! Fun starts Sunday 17th December and Santa hats are optional!
THE GREEN, NUNHEAD RE-OPENS (Thu 16th Nov 2017)

WARRIOR POWER
Unfortunately, HOT YOGA at GAIA is POSTPONED this Sunday 5th Nov as the studio is closed for Children's Yoga Teacher Training. There are alternative HOT YOGA classes to practice:

For some more core, core, core focus there's the WARRIOR POWER workshop next Saturday. This is a call to all brave warriors, to find the strength to empower yourself for whatever challenges life presents.
